How To Make Sukiyaki Ramen ( Beef Ramen )

Ramen (拉 麺; ラーメン?) is a Japanese soup noodle dishes. Ramen is actually originated from China. They called ramen as choka soba (中華 そば) or Shina soba (支那 そば) because soba or o-soba in Japanese language means noodles.

Broth for the gravy/soup can be made from a mixture of various materials such as pig bones, beef bones, chicken bones, katsuobushi, sababushi, niboshi, konbu, gongseng soybeans, shiitake mushrooms, onions or scallions.

Ramen can be classified based on the types of sauces such as gravy flavor soy sauce, gravy taste tonkotsu (pork bone), a sense of shio (salt), and miso flavor.

Here's how to make beef  ramen (sukiyaki ramen) is simple (without bones and pork broth certainly,,)^^

Materials:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 / 2 cm ginger, chopped
50 gr green pepper, sliced lengthwise
100 gr beef/sukiyaki, thinly sliced1 liter of water
3 tablespoons salty soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
150 grams dried egg noodles

How To Cook :
# Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
# Add the paprika, stirring until wilted.
# Add slices of meat, stir it changes color and stiff.
# Pour water, add seasoning. Stir until boiling.
# Enter the dried noodles, cook noodles until tender. Lift.

#You can add a topping of chopped spinach, tofu slices, onion slices leaves, whole boiled eggs, carrot matchsticks, seaweed, and fried onions.
# Serve hot with cackers and hot tea,,
