Tasty Beef Rendang

Yesterday, 6 November 2011 is the day of Eid al-Adha. And we Muslims celebrate by slaughtering sacrificial animals, such as goats and cows. Lots of meat that we got.

The beef rendang I though the flesh. It was very typical, not usual that tastes sweet, savory tastes salty this time because I cook without sugar. Want to know the recipe? Here it is ..

Selected tenderloin fresh beef , diced or to taste, do not forget the washing yes. Prepare marinade including onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, and salt all blended ingredients.

How to cook beef is boiled first so tender, and enter the ground spices, coconut milk, salam, galangal, and lemongrass. Stir constantly until the coconut milk thickens up.
