I love cooking and trying new foods that I never eat before. One day, I found a small shop that "Mie Ayam Bangka" ( Bangka Chicken Noodle). I found it when I was a walk with my boyfriend in Yogyakarta. Immediately, I tried the Chicken Noodle, and taste, you should try it yourself. Very tasty! Bangka Chicken Noodle fart like in general. Typical of this chicken noodle toppings, toppings are from  bean sprouts. Sliced chicken meat into small pieces. Broth.separated from the noodle.  Can be given a meatball or dumpling. Given a sprinkling of green onion .Delicious .... And, steady!
 
Well, I was looking for Bangka chicken noodle recipe on the internet. This is the recipe for you ^ ^ You should try it. 

Ingredients:
    
* 1 kg of egg noodles wet / fresh, ready to buy 

Topping:
    
* 150 gr green cabbage, cut into 3 cm, boiled briefly
    
* 150 gr bean sprouts large, clean 

Chicken Stir-fry:
    
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    
* 1 / 2 tsp sesame oil
    
* 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    
* 250 g chicken meat, cut into small
    
* 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    
* 1 tablespoon sweet sauce
    
* 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
    
* 1 teaspoon salt
    
* 150 ml water 
Complement:
    
* Chicken broth
    
* Fried shallot
    
* Thinly sliced scallions 

Here's how to make
Bangka chicken noodle (Mie Ayam Bangka)
   
1. Boil enough water, boil the noodles until float. Remove and drain.
   
2. Put a little vegetable oil or chicken oil and soy sauce in a bowl.
   
3. Enter the hot noodles and stir until blended. 

Chicken Stir-fry:
   4. Stir fry garlic until fragrant.
   
5. Add chicken, stirring until stiff.
  
6. Divide the noodles into 5 parts.
   
8. Give each bean sprouts, cabbage, chicken stir-fry and sprinkle with fried shallots and green onion slices.
   
9. Serve hot with chicken broth. 
   10. You can add meat ball or dumpling in the broth.
